The institute organizes annual visits to Arabic and Islamic schools to strengthen educational cooperation, exchange knowledge and build relationships between institutions.

Institute Rules & Regulations

All students are expected to follow the institute's regulations and maintain an Islamic, respectful and disciplined learning environment.

  1. Students must observe Islamic values and practices in all their dealings, both inside and outside the institute.
  2. Fighting, stealing, unauthorized selling, smoking, wearing garments below the ankles and other actions contrary to Islamic teachings are prohibited.
  3. All institute teachers must be respected without discrimination.
  4. Bringing smartphones and similar electronic devices to the institute is prohibited.
  5. Students must arrive early wearing the official institute uniform and must maintain its cleanliness.
  6. Students are expected to take their studies seriously and complete their homework.
  7. Any form of inappropriate or unauthorized relationship is strictly prohibited.
  8. Students are not permitted to walk around the institute grounds during class or prayer times.
  9. Female students are expected to maintain appropriate Islamic dress and modesty within the institute.

Registration & Admission

Registration for any level of study is completed by visiting the institute and attending an interview to determine the student's appropriate level.

Application Steps

  1. Students applying for lower levels, including kindergarten, must attend with their parent or guardian.
  2. The applicant receives a registration form containing student information and contact details.
  3. The registration fee must be paid. The fee is non-refundable.
  4. The student's level is determined through a personal interview.
  5. The student's parent or guardian signs an agreement confirming commitment to the institute's rules and regulations.

Admission Requirements

  1. The student must be at least five years old.
  2. The student must demonstrate good character and conduct.
  3. Students who previously attended another institute must provide their academic record.
  4. The student must agree to follow all institute rules and regulations.

Required Documents

  1. A copy of the student's birth certificate.
  2. Two recent passport-size photographs.
